Andrew was, as always, brilliant in everyway-he headed up the Stoma team at QMC 3 years ago when I had my stoma done. He is caring, listens to you, giving you a lot of time, yoy never feel rushed. He is very thorough, diagnoses the problem and gives a solution

As mentioned previously, I felt I was listened to throughout my conversation. I was given the opportunity to talk about my condition and experience, whether it be good or not so good. Different approach and ideas were suggested in managing my care. Moving forward, I hope, as advised I can follow this through. Overall, I'm really pleased with the outcome of my visit.
